Great location, new and beautiful apartment, well equiped

Very poor internet connection, appartment was small, no view from the 2 person appartment. Could not get information from the owner's son who welcomed us (although he was very nice)

It is a mini 2 floor apartment. ground floor is the living room, dining table and the kitchen. 1st floor has the bathroom and the bedroom and the 3rd floor is some store room kind of(we didn't use this). It was really beautiful, I liked the interior design, except for the bathroom.

The shower cabin didn't have a door or any other screen kind of. No place to hang your towel or the shower gel. No door meaning you have to take shower very cautiously, else you would end up in cleaning the water that you have spilled in the bathroom outside the shower cabin.

The view from the terrace at Mountain Villas Polana was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the stunning mountain views. The location of the property was also perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the city. Additionally, I loved the fact that the apartment had a separate entrance, giving us a sense of privacy.

There were a few minor drawbacks. the apartment was a bit humid on the first level.

the isolation for noise is very bad, so you must have luck with your neighbour. Our neighbours started making noise at 5.50! But we got an other apartment.

Our apartment was big and nicely designed.

There were not where to place towels in the bathroom.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. The terrace was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. we were impressed with the location and the quality of the apartment.

The only downside was the unreliable wi-fi, which worked only temporarily.

Very nice, modern, spacious apartmant with fire place, free wifi and parking spot next to the apartment. Perfect location close by Stary Smokovec which leads to many beautiful hiking tracks. Hotelpersonal was also very kind and helpful.

The cleaning services at the hotel were poor, with trash being cleaned daily but no attention given to other areas.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, as some guests reported finding dust and dirt on the floors and visible blight under the safety glass of the tub.

It was only a 5-minute walk to the center, where we found plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with a nice terrace and individual entrance.

The wifi was a bit inconsistent during our stay.

The parking provided is also convenient, especially considering the costly parking options in town.

The pillows provided in the apartments were not very comfortable, and there were some issues with the sofa that needed fixing.
